With well over 200 sales in his career, David represents buyers and sellers, empowering them with critical information and insights to help them make crucial decisions. Terry Pickering’s passion for real estate started very early in his adult life. He purchased his first fixer-upper in his 20s and lived in that home until he completed his nursing degree in 1995. Terry sold the home and made enough to pay off his school expenses. He then spent 26 years in healthcare. His first 8+ years as a registered nurse and then as an IT healthcare executive supporting several academic and pediatric healthcare organizations. During that time, Terry also bought and sold several homes, which at the time, was somewhat of a hobby. He will always be grateful for so many amazing experiences throughout his career in healthcare and still have an Arizona RN license. Terry Pickering just cannot let that go!
Having owned and invested in Scottsdale since 2010, Terry understands the local market and has a wealth of knowledge about what Scottsdale has to offer.
