Katie Kistner is committed to offering her clients the highest quality representation and excellent client service. Her professional character, friendly attitude, and commitment to consistent communication allow her to build and maintain solid relationships.

A Massachusetts native, Katie also lived in New York City for six years in the fast-paced fashion and home décor industries. She worked in production and product development for three companies- her keen eye for design and her negotiation skills are now valuable assets to her real estate clients. With a background in management at a leading financial firm, Katie is able to draw professionalism, integrity, and sincerity from that experience.

Real estate and renovating properties have always been a passion of Liz Kistner’s, a natural fit to transition into a real estate professional.  Her keen eye for design has been instrumental in creating the most basic home and transforming them into highly desirable properties with profitable results. Her love of decorating and staging properties has been very beneficial to the needs of her clientele. This, as well as her ability to negotiate and communicate with all parties involved, is her highest priority.

Liz Kistner began her real estate career in the greater Boston area in 2015. Her prior background in healthcare included Oncology Nursing and other specialties as a registered nurse at a leading hospital in Boston. Her endless commitment to families facing life-altering diagnoses has built Liz’s empathetic commitment to families in time of need.  Liz’s education also includes a BA in Psychology from the University of Arizona. When representing the buyer or seller, Liz has the ability to understand and navigate the needs of her clients.  Her meticulous organizational, time management skills, and empathetic patient nature are her greatest asset.

Liz comes from a real estate background, east coast versus west coast changes the process a bit. However, her knowledge of the business and obvious quest for excellence, make her an ideal candidate for success in any market!

Colton has over 10 years of sales experience that help give him a competitive edge when it comes to negotiating on his client’s behalf.
