RUss Lyon SIR Welcomes Stephanie Perez

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty is dedicated to bringing the highest level of service to today’s home buyers and sellers. This tradition continues with the recent addition of luxury Real Estate Advisor, Stephanie Perez , to the Camelback Tower Office.

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty agents strive to deliver real estate experiences beyond expectations to enhance lifestyles for their clients, expanding their reputation as the most respected name in real estate.

Stephanie Perez moved to the Scottsdale area from Lakewood Ranch, FL. She is originally from Milwaukee WI and spent the last 9 years in Florida before relocating in 2018. Passionate about the outdoors, the Scottsdale area is a good fit! Stephanie met her husband in South Africa in 2000, where she worked for a year in 2005 as a Sunday School teacher, camp counselor and AIDS educator.

Her work experience begins with working as an event planner in the Milwaukee area. Event planning led her to understand the importance of building relationships, networking and thinking outside of the box for her clients to get the job done. Handling events often meant managing some of the most stressful days of her client’s lives. Managing events with grace, sensitivity and professionalism became the norm. Her career as an event planner set her up for Real Estate success and after encouragement from friends and family she found that Real Estate was a natural fit for her. Assisting her clients with the sale and purchase of their homes has become a passion for her and she manages the entire process from start to finish with the same professionalism she would apply to events. She views each transaction just as important as the last and realizes that her clients put their complete trust in her to guide them and to help navigate their needs and desires in the current market. Her dedication to honesty and integrity is unwavering.

When not working, Stephanie enjoys traveling anywhere and often, gardening, running, hiking and reading as much as she can. She spends as much free time as possible with her young sons and teenage step daughter. As a family, they enjoy camping, the beach, hiking, kayaking, road trips and simply being together.

Stephanie is a tried and true Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty agent. Having begun her successful career with our counterpart in Florida, she has already proven herself and we look forward to her long standing tenure with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.
