Sotheby’s International Realty® Brand Enters Croatia

Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC today announced it has signed a 25-year franchise agreement with Porta Stella-Luxury Real Estate d.o.o, to further expand the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand presence in Eastern Europe with the opening of Croatia Sotheby’s International Realty.

Croatia Sotheby’s International Realty, owned by Marko Pažanin, Pavel Kulajta and Ilona Mančíková, will serve the luxury residential real estate market throughout Croatia. The flagship office, managed by Pažanin, is located in Split, with plans for additional offices in Dubrovnik and other key Croatian luxury real estate markets including the Peninsula of Istria. Kulajta and Mančíková also own and operate Czech Republic Sotheby’s International Realty in Prague.

“Croatia has a growing luxury real estate market and it was the right time for our brand to have a presence within the country,” said Philip White, president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC. “For those seeking the waterfront lifestyle, Croatia has an impressive coastline along the Adriatic Sea with beautiful beaches, historic ports and idyllic islands. I am proud to welcome Croatia Sotheby’s International Realty to the Sotheby’s International Realty network.”

“We are delighted to expand the Sotheby’s International Realty brand presence in Croatia,” said Pažanin. “We are dedicated to delivering the highest level of service and support to suit our client’s lifestyles and expectations and we invest our professional and personal skills in creating long-lasting relations with our clients – sellers, buyers and investors. Our ownership team has more than 10 years of experience in the financial and real estate industries, which combined with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand name and marketing practices make an excellent recipe for a successful long lasting business cooperation.”
