Private Client Group at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty and Concierge Auctions Team Up to Host High-End Residential Home Auction Feb. 9th, 2018

Seeking Bidders and Sellers of Non-Distressed Properties Above $1 million for Pre-Qualified and Registered Bidders Located Around the Globe

Last call for sellers!!  January might be known as the Car Auction month in the Valley of the Sun, but come Friday, February 9th at 4:00 p.m. the public will have a chance to get involved with a new home auction hitting the high-end real estate market.

The LIVE Auction will be held online and via phone Friday, Feb. 9th, 2018 starting at 4 p.m. MST.  Pre-qualified & registered bidders from around the globe will bid via Smart Phones and IPads and for those who don’t own or use smart devices, their bid will be taken over the phone.

Private Client Group at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty is teaming up with Concierge Auctions to host a one-of-a-kind luxury home auction.

Private Client Group is currently seeking high-end luxury properties located within the Phoenix Metropolitan area, not currently being represented by an outside brokerage, that are willing to be sold As Is for cash without conditions.

The impressive roster is led by a collection of Arizona homes— including a more than 12,000-square-foot estate located within one of Scottsdale’s most exclusive communities of Estancia. The home includes six bedrooms, 11 baths and is currently listed for $6,995,000 by Agents Deborah Negrin and Jay Pennypacker of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty. The home is being sold with no reserve.

The other notable property has six bedrooms, eight baths and is a 9,900-square-foot estate in Mesa that sits on more than 1.48 acres. It was previously listed for $1.495 million but will sell at or above $999,000.  The property is listed by Agents Frank Aazami and Mary-Ann Kelley of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.

“As the Arizona market already embraces luxury car, art, and antique auctions, our Arizona collection is the perfect opportunity for synergistic buyers. Plus, we have a proven track record of success with our luxury real estate auctions in the greater Phoenix area,” said Concierge Auctions Senior Vice President of Business Development Nick Leonard. “Our upcoming properties in the sale are sure to impress. We encourage prospective buyers and interested agents to preview the properties and join us Feb. 9th.”

It’s not too late to list your property.  To participate – the properties must be a non-distressed luxury residential real estate at or above $1 million with little to no debt and don’t have to sell, but are tired of waiting for the market to come back. The auction is designed for sellers who have identified value in “time” and would prefer “certainty” and still prefer a “White glove, high touch” experience.

“For decades we have witnessed the success at Sotheby’s Auction House and that is exactly what we are attempting to do on Feb. 9th,” said Frank Aazami, founder of Private Client Group at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty. “Auctions can successfully sell the finer tangibles in life. Our objective is to strike a conversation, motivate people who have been sitting on the fence and get their property sold in the process.”

Aazami adds February should prove to be fruitful time for the auction as many savvy auction buyers have just attended Barrett-Jackson, RM Car Auction and the Phoenix Open.
