Russ Lyon SIR Welcomes Samantha Stellar

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty is dedicated to providing the highest service to today’s home buyers and sellers. This tradition continues with the recent addition of Global Real Estate Advisor Samantha Stellar to our Sedona Office.

“Samantha is not new to the business so we are thrilled to have her experience and polished communication skills as part of our team. Anyone who can converse in multiple languages clearly has the ability to be a top notch Real Estate Advisor.” – Tod Christensen, managing broker

Samantha Stellar stands out in the Sedona real estate market with a blend of international flair, artistic vision, and a deep-rooted understanding of the local landscape. Her approach is characterized by kindness and compassion—qualities that don’t just define her personality but also her professional interactions. This allows her to connect deeply with her clients, understand their distinct needs, and navigate even the most complex real estate transactions with ease and confidence.

International Background and Multilingual Capabilities

Born amidst the scenic beauty of the Swiss Alps, Samantha brings a rich cultural perspective to her work, holding dual Swiss and British nationality. She is fluent in French, her native language, and also conversational in German, Italian, and Spanish. This linguistic prowess enables her to serve a diverse clientele, making her a favored agent for international buyers and sellers in Sedona.

Education and Professional Journey

Samantha’s educational journey in the arts began at the prestigious Central St Martins College of Arts & Design in London, where she not only honed her creative skills but also served as the International Officer of the Students’ Union. Her artistic journey continued in Switzerland, working alongside renowned interior designers and architects in Geneva and Gstaad. This experience sharpened her eye for design and deepened her appreciation for architectural aesthetics, which she now applies in her real estate career.

Her love for travel and exploration brought her to over 22 countries, but it was a backpacking trip through Arizona in 2012 that introduced her to the enchanting landscapes of Sedona. Compelled by the area’s beauty, she relocated in 2013 and commenced her real estate career, initially as a receptionist and later as a licensed real estate agent. Over the years, Samantha has excelled in sales, assisting numerous clients in achieving their property goals, and has gained invaluable experience in property management, working closely with investors to enhance their portfolios.

This role not only fulfills her professionally but also enriches her personal growth, making every transaction meaningful.
