This tradition continues with the recent addition of luxury Real Estate Advisor Kevin Julien to the Camelback Tower Office. Born and raised in London, England, Kevin Julien was a creative businessman from an early age. His love for music combined with a strong interest and acumen in business led to his undergraduate degree in Economics and studies of Music in college. Kevin maintained a dual career in real estate, managing his properties in the UK while working as a musician. In real estate, he rapidly built a portfolio of income-producing properties. Priding himself on treating people with the utmost respect and kindness and maintaining properties, he made sure he treated his as if the place they rented were their own homes; that they would feel love for where they lived and would look after their surroundings with pride.

In music, Kevin owned his own recording studio, where he worked as a record producer and remixer. He also toured as a keyboardist and taught music predominantly to children and young adults between the ages of 10 and 21. Kevin also made his mark in music education by participating in pioneering courses in the UK, such as “DJing for Ladies,” where he helped develop a system for young girls to participate in a historically male-dominated endeavor. He also worked as a Music Teacher in a particular school in the UK known as a “Pupil Referral Unit,” which provided music instruction to young children who faced behavioral challenges. Kevin also taught music to children and adults with learning challenges and helped to care for them to make their lives as fulfilling as possible. Music led to Kevin’s move from the UK to the US. An American Artist discovered one of Kevin’s unique re-mixes and tracked Kevin down to invite Kevin to Austin, TX, to participate in the South By Southwest (SXSW) music festival.

As an adventurous soul, Kevin jumped at the opportunity. On his second visit to Austin, he met the woman who became his wife, which led to his relocation to Phoenix. Kevin continued to work on his music projects but never gave up his love for real estate, managing his UK portfolio from across the pond. He got his real estate license in Arizona to continue acquisitions and building his portfolio here in the States. Due to his open and friendly personality, he was offered a position as a podcaster interviewing top real estate agents in the Phoenix Metro Area. It was while interviewing Brad Kimmelman, Team Leader of the Homanity Team at Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, that Kevin’s life would take another fateful turn. Brad and Kevin immediately hit it off, resulting in Brad inviting Kevin to join his team. With his international knowledge and experience, Kevin now works with the Homanity Team to deliver clients expert real estate services with considerate, perceptive, flexible, and insightful care.

Kevin will make a phenomenal addition to our team at Camelback Tower. He’s kind, enthusiastic, and very eager to incorporate our branding to his business model. We couldn’t be happier to have him representing our brand!

An attentively spiritual person with a caring, intuitive nature, Tiffany has always been guided to connect with people. Her drive for personal growth and her unwavering moral compass gave her a competitive advantage in customer service among her peers. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Tiffany is accustomed to providing white-glove customer service. As a professional make-up artist and aesthetician in Beverly Hills, CA, she worked with high-profile clientele, including primetime anchors and guests on CNN, MSNBC, and Access Hollywood.

After an almost 10-year career in the beauty industry, Tiffany redirected her path, moved to Arizona, studied at Arizona State University, and received her real estate license from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in 2016. She is well versed in the new construction homes process and loves to guide and educate home buyers and homeowners. She finds the experience to be gratifying and truly rewarding.

Named “REALTOR® of the Year” in 2018 by the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors, David specializes in the NE Valley of the Sun, including Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, North Phoenix Fountain Hills, and Anthem. Before joining Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International in 2023, he worked for 18 years with other prominent real estate brokers based in North Scottsdale. David’s clients praise his “preparation,” “local knowledge,” “willingness to share,” “good communication,” “problem-solving,” and “patience.” One colleague says, for David, it is about “the mission, not the commission.”

With well over 200 sales in his career, David represents buyers and sellers, empowering them with critical information and insights to help them make crucial decisions. He takes particular pleasure in helping buyers find a primary, second or retirement home in this amazing area. He is equally skilled at negotiating the best price for his clients and navigating the complexities that can arise with inspections, escrows, and financing.

Prior to real estate, David lived in the Washington DC, area and represented large non-profit organizations in national fundraising and marketing campaigns. Today, he continues his community commitment as a Board member, volunteer, and advocate for various nonprofits. He is a Contributing Writer to Cave Creek Stroll, a local magazine featuring personality profiles of local residents. He has also served as an Arizona Association of Realtors Board member and a leadership volunteer with the local Scottsdale Board.

David has extensive real estate experience since he started his career in 2004. Not only has he been a proven producer, David has developed relationships with clients and real estate professionals throughout North Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek.

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty is dedicated to bringing the highest level of service to today’s home buyers and sellers. This tradition continues with the recent addition of luxury Real Estate Advisor Terry Pickering to the Camelback Tower Office.

Terry Pickering’s passion for real estate started very early in his adult life. He purchased his first fixer-upper in his 20s and lived in that home until he completed his nursing degree in 1995. Terry sold the home and made enough to pay off his school expenses. He then spent 26 years in healthcare. His first 8+ years as a registered nurse and then as an IT healthcare executive supporting several academic and pediatric healthcare organizations. During that time, Terry also bought and sold several homes, which at the time, was somewhat of a hobby. He will always be grateful for so many amazing experiences throughout his career in healthcare and still have an Arizona RN license. Terry Pickering just cannot let that go! 

Having owned and invested in Scottsdale since 2010, Terry understands the local market and has a wealth of knowledge about what Scottsdale has to offer. He brings with his honesty, integrity, and a great appreciation for the diverse country we live in. Terry treats his clients with the same care and concern as he gave his patients as a nurse.

With a strong background in customer service, Candiss is a step ahead in anticipating needs and coming up with creative solutions to best serve her clients.

Candiss has thirteen years of experience in high-level management, business development, operations and project management, business process, change management, communications, and customer service. She was an accomplished manager who understands customer service, detail & the importance of clear communication, ethical standards, and excellent interpersonal skills. The decision to move into an industry that holds a strong passion for her, Real Estate, was the easiest decision she has made in regard to a career change.

She comes from a 10+ year career in high-level recruitment in the Federal space, so the understanding of gauging needs has been developed for many years. Candiss truly enjoy helping others achieve their goals in home ownership, investing, and growing portfolios. As a client, you will get very clear communication and get an agent that is readily available for you.

Candiss is a lovely addition to the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty’s Camelback Tower office. An obvious self starter with unrivaled drive and ambition, she’s a breath of fresh air and we are thrilled to watch her career soar to the next level!

Frank Trifeletti’s passion for real estate goes back more than 40 years. He became interested in real estate investments while flying as a commercial airline pilot where he learned that there are a lot of comparisons that can be made between flying and real estate; As a pilot, people entrusted Frank with their lives. As a real estate professional, they trust him with their livelihoods. Both take a lot of patience, preparation, and problem-solving skills to put together the ideal “flight plan” for success and make sure everyone arrives at their intended destination. 

I am so proud to welcome Frank Trifeletti to the Carefree Office. Having had a distinguished career as a pilot, our clients should benefit from his steady and stable guidance through their real estate journey.
