Originally from southern Illinois, Belden’s passion for real estate and homes began at the age of 25 as the General Contractor of his own home. Prior to his career in real estate, Belden lead acquisitions in leasing, buying and selling land and oil reserves for his family’s oil business in southern Illinois and Kansas. He also purchased, owns and manages several rental properties investments in southern Illinois. Since then, he has also bought, sold and rented several properties throughout Scottsdale.
With relatives based in Scottsdale for many years, Belden and his family are excited to begin a new journey. His experience in buying and selling in the best golf communities, convenient townhomes and vacation homes/investment properties suit him well for the Scottsdale real estate environment.
