She has been the author of a monthly real estate market update featured in the Glendale Star and the Peoria Times since 2020. In addition, she has received the prestigious title of Best Real Estate Agent in Glendale for three consecutive years, in 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Lisa is actively involved in her community. She generously volunteers for the City of Glendale, where she serves as the Community Development Advisory Committee Chair. She has also played vital roles on the 2020 and 2023 Citizen Bond Election Committees, holding positions as Vice-Chair and Chair, respectively. Sarah Sowder, a Tucson native and proud graduate of Sahuaro High School, is a unique discovery in the real estate world. Having lived in Ohio and established herself as a Realtor in the Greater Dayton area, Sarah has cultivated a vast network that spans from the western to the eastern regions of the United States.

Sarah’s core values revolve around loyalty, effective communication, and unwavering honesty, which she wholeheartedly commits to upholding for her valued customers. Sarah’s love for art extends beyond appreciating local artists, as she finds her own creative outlet in oil painting, particularly focusing on expressing the beauty of flora and fauna.

Kera Molinaro is a native of Lake Oswego, Oregon, and has found Arizona to be the ideal location for raising her three spirited boys – Kason, Frankie, and Weston. Together with her husband Frank, who serves as a wrestling coach at Arizona State, she engages in activities such as yoga, golfing, and hiking. Having competed at a top-tier level in gymnastics, she has cultivated a strong sense of competitiveness and an unwavering work ethic, attributes she now applies to thrive in the realm of real estate.

Her leisure pursuits include sharing hobbies with her husband, Frank, who is a wrestling coach at Arizona State. Engaging in yoga, golfing, and hiking further enriches their bond. Alan joins our sales team along side Barry Conser at Desert Mountain with more than 30 years of experience as a director of golf in many of the premier golf communities in America.

He has been instrumental in designing, developing, and growing golf clubs, including Desert Mountain, Estancia, Desert Highlands, Las Campanas in New Mexico, and the Stock Farm Club in Montana. He is a licensed realtor in Arizona and is excited to show you what Scottsdale and all of Arizona have to offer.

As the face of golf, he has had the experience of not only growing membership but helping his clients become part of a community. His ability to understand the needs of his clients beyond the golf course has become a part of his persona and has helped build his reputation as “The Go to Guy for Anything”. Lealah Ciaramitaro has been a resident of Arizona for more than two decades, primarily establishing her home in the west valley. With a background encompassing over twenty years of sales experience and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her profession. Lealah is a skilled negotiator who prioritizes listening to her clients’ needs and diligently works to fulfill their interests.

Currently residing in North Peoria, Lealah shares her home with her husband and their two children. As a family, they have a penchant for travel and enjoy exploring new restaurants throughout the valley. Lealah’s commitment to her clients is straightforward—she strives to provide the utmost assistance in guiding them through their next property sale or purchase. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Davis 19 years ago, Kristen Boyd relocated from California to the beautiful Arizona desert. For the past 16 years, Kristen has lived in Chandler and is the mother of four awesome kids.

Kristen has always been interested in real estate and is now fortunate enough to do it for a living. She chose real estate as a career path because it allows her to use the customer service and people skills she acquired during a 15-year career in the sales and marketing industry. It also offers her an opportunity to serve the community that she loves.
