Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Zoja Pedenko

Zoja was born in Moscow, raised in Europe, studied across Canada and the USA, all while continuing to explore the world through her love of travel. Now, she is happy to call the beautiful city of Scottsdale her home. Zoja’s diverse, worldly experiences allow her to understand the unique elements that make a place feel like Home. Zoja’s enthusiasm for helping others, combined with her diverse cultural background aid in her ability to connect with her clients, providing an exceptionally seamless service. Her goal is to make the selling or buying process an enjoyable experience.

Outside of real estate, Zoja gives back to her community through volunteering for Make-A-Wish Arizona, helping children with life-threatening medical conditions. She is happily married to her husband, with whom she enjoys to travel, explore new restaurants and hike the local mountains. Zoja graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Political Science and she is fluent in Russian, French, Czech and English.
