Russ Lyon SIR Welcomes Eric Z Horn

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty is dedicated to bringing the highest level of service to today’s home buyers and sellers. This tradition continues with the recent addition of luxury Real Estate Advisor, Eric Z Horn, to the West Valley Office.

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty agents strive to deliver real estate experiences beyond expectations to enhance lifestyles for their clients, expanding their reputation as the most respected name in real estate.

Originally from southeastern Massachusetts, Eric Horn has been a Valley of the Sun resident for over 25 years. A New Englander at heart, an Arizonan by choice, he tends to see things with an urban, sophisticated, and modern mindset, but his respect for things from the past and his love of the new southwest will always find something remarkable in any location or home.

Eric has the work ethic and commitment that was instilled by his father, an attorney, and his mother who raised him and his five older siblings. Taught to never quit before the job was done, never to settle for anything but the best and never leave a negotiation with unsatisfactory results. His passion, creativity and business acumen have helped him negotiate through seven figure contracts, as well as design award winning, extraordinary events. Attention to detail, professionalism, respect, and exceptional customer service are the starting points with any new client. Communication and delivery of promises made are not the ending, but rather the beginning of a relationship worthy of trust for years to come.

Recognizing a house is not a home until new owners add their dreams, hopes, and desires; and a home is not sold without the memory and emotions that they command, each should be appropriately honored and respected. Whether buying, selling, or renting thank you for choosing Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.

What a privilege it is to be bringing Eric Z Horn into the Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty family. Professionals like Eric are a rare commodity. His hospitality background and experience as a business owner translate well to premier real estate service. His attention to detail and deep experience will be a great asset to his clients, his colleagues, and the real estate profession as a whole.
