Ed Pennington Reported as 2018 Top Producer in Sedona Verde Valley

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce that Ed Pennington is the Sedona Verde Valley Top Producer According to Volume as Reported by Sedona Verde Valley Association of REALTORS®

The association, which keeps track of sales volume data in the area, found that Pennington ranked first in production with the highest volume in dollars for the entire area.

Sotheby’s International Realty Expands Presence in Indiana

 Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC today announced that its independently owned and operated affiliate Encore Sotheby’s International Realty in Indiana has acquired local firm Reecer Properties, Inc., which will now operate as Encore Sotheby’s International Realty

The acquisition expands the firm’s presence into Fort Wayne, North Webster, and Roanoke, Indiana. Mark Zukerman, principal and owner of Encore Sotheby’s International Realty, will remain at the helm of operations. With this acquisition, Encore Sotheby’s International Realty now has five offices and 45 independent sales associates throughout central and northeast Indiana.
