As a real estate professional, Lisa understands the importance of strong communities, thoughtful growth, and creating places where people are proud to live, work, and invest. Her years of civic and business leadership have given her a unique perspective on the people, neighborhoods, and businesses that make Glendale special.

Congratulations, Councilmember Baker! We are proud to call Lisa one of our own and look forward to celebrating all that is ahead as she continues to serve the Glendale community.
Set on more than an acre in the heart of Paradise Valley, 4945 E. Mountain View Road introduces a fresh expression of timeless Arizona luxury. Newly constructed by Thomas James Homes, this single-level estate blends the warmth of Santa Barbara-inspired architecture with sophisticated contemporary design, creating a private retreat framed by dramatic mountain views.
Encompassing 5,338 square feet, the residence is designed around effortless indoor-outdoor living. Walls of glass and expansive multi-slide doors connect the home’s elegant interiors with its beautifully landscaped grounds, while a central courtyard creates a welcoming sense of arrival and an intimate gathering space. The result is a home that feels expansive without sacrificing warmth or connection.
At the center of the residence, the gourmet kitchen is both a showpiece and a gathering place. Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, custom cabinetry, a generous island, walk-in pantry, prep kitchen, and double dishwashers create a sophisticated culinary environment equally suited to everyday living and entertaining. The kitchen opens naturally to the main living and dining spaces, reinforcing the home’s seamless flow.
The primary suite offers a serene escape, complete with its own coffee bar, direct access to the outdoor living spaces, and a spa-inspired bath. A generous walk-in closet adds a sense of everyday luxury, while additional ensuite bedrooms provide privacy and comfort for family and guests.
A separate guest casita extends the home’s versatility. Positioned off the courtyard, it offers a private bedroom and bath along with its own bar area—an ideal setting for visiting guests or extended stays. An additional office and flexible living space provide even more room to tailor the residence to the needs of its owners.
Outside, the property embraces the quintessential Paradise Valley lifestyle. A resort-style pool and spa anchor the backyard, accompanied by a fire feature, covered patio, outdoor kitchen, and expansive lawn. Multiple entertaining areas create opportunities for poolside afternoons, alfresco dinners, and evenings beneath the desert sky, all framed by striking mountain views.
Practicality is woven throughout the design as well, with a five-car garage, electric-vehicle charging capability, smart-home features, and a thoughtful single-level floor plan. Every element has been considered to deliver the comfort and convenience expected of a modern luxury estate.
What distinguishes 4945 E. Mountain View Road is its balance of scale, sophistication, and setting. Here, classic architectural influences meet contemporary amenities, while more than an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds provides the privacy and space that make Paradise Valley so coveted.

Thoughtfully reimagined from a partial shell into an extraordinary new-construction residence, 1955 E. Greenway Road offers a fresh expression of contemporary Arizona living. With 4,355 square feet of refined interiors, six bedrooms, and 5.5 baths, this one-of-a-kind property pairs sophisticated design with resort-inspired outdoor spaces in one of Phoenix’s most established settings.
From the moment you arrive, the home’s emphasis on indoor-outdoor living is unmistakable. Walls of glass draw natural light deep into the interiors while creating an effortless connection to the expansive grounds. Custom finishes, striking architectural details, and beautifully appointed living spaces give the residence a distinctly elevated yet inviting character.
At the heart of the home, the custom kitchen combines polished design with everyday functionality. Its sophisticated finishes and generous layout make it equally suited to intimate mornings and entertaining on a larger scale. Throughout the main residence, carefully considered spaces create a natural flow from the kitchen and living areas to the private bedroom suites.
The primary suite is designed as a private retreat, with custom closets and a spa-inspired bath featuring a steam shower, soaking tub, and custom overhead water fixtures. An outdoor shower extends the experience beyond the walls of the home, offering a distinctly resort-like touch.
A detached casita adds another layer of flexibility, providing a fully equipped private living environment with its own kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. Whether used for guests, extended family, or a private retreat, the casita offers a level of independence that enhances the property’s versatility.
Outside, the residence embraces the Arizona lifestyle with a spectacular resort-inspired setting. A Baja-style pool deck and illuminated water features create a dramatic focal point, while multiple outdoor living areas provide space for everything from afternoon relaxation to evening entertaining. A rooftop deck and gazebo offer additional places to take in the surroundings and enjoy Phoenix’s signature sunsets.
What makes 1955 E. Greenway Road particularly compelling is the balance between architectural sophistication and effortless livability. Every element—from the custom interiors to the layered outdoor spaces—has been designed to create a home that feels polished without sacrificing comfort.
This is not simply a renovation or a cosmetic transformation. It is a complete reimagining of a property into a contemporary residence with the scale, amenities, and design expected of a luxury new build.
Throughout the state of Arizona, Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty has been proud to represent and participate in the following June sales.
We refer to these as ‘Significant Sales.’ While all of our transactions are genuinely significant, we hope you enjoy discovering these unique homes based not only on price but also on their architectural, cultural, and geographical significance, as well as those involved in the journey.
Enjoy!

Designed for effortless single-level living, the 3,869-square-foot home welcomes residents through a private courtyard and striking steel-framed glass double doors. Inside, soaring wood-beam ceilings, herringbone wood floors, and walls of glass create an immediate sense of openness, while two sets of sliding glass doors blur the boundary between the great room and the desert landscape beyond.
At the center of the home, the chef’s kitchen balances statement-making design with everyday functionality. A generous quartz island with bar seating anchors the space, complemented by a gas range, built-in refrigerator, and walk-in pantry. Whether preparing a quiet morning breakfast or hosting an evening gathering, the kitchen flows naturally into the home’s expansive great room.
The great room is anchored by a dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, creating a natural focal point for both intimate evenings and larger celebrations. Throughout the home, thoughtful design details emphasize warmth and texture while allowing the surrounding desert scenery to remain the star.
Two primary suites offer an exceptional level of flexibility, with each enjoying mountain views. The primary bath transforms daily routines into a spa-like experience with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity with LED mirrors, and warm stacked-stone accents.

With four bedrooms, four full baths, and a powder room, the residence is designed to accommodate both everyday living and sophisticated entertaining.
Outside, the desert landscape becomes an extension of the home. A private pool sits beneath the Arizona sky, complemented by a covered patio that creates an inviting setting for afternoon relaxation and sunset entertaining. With no grass to maintain, the grounds embrace a more refined interpretation of desert landscaping—low-maintenance, architectural, and beautifully suited to the natural environment.
