Stunning Home for Sale in One of Sedona’s Most Mesmerizing Neighborhoods

This luxury home exemplifying the best of Southwest Contemporary design is situated in Solitude at Seven Canyons, a neighborhood which merges incredible vistas with a passion for golf.

Arizona’s leading luxury real estate brokerage, Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, is proud to announce the listing of a truly unique home in a community that exemplifies both the brokerage’s focus on the peak of luxury and the potential of its recent partnership.

The 200 Hidden Meadow Drive home in Sedona resides in Solitude at Seven Canyons. Solitude at Seven Canyons represents a new strategic partnership between Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty and The Club at Seven Canyons, a private golf club that serves as the premier destination for golf in Sedona. Situated on 200 acres and surrounded by miles of National Forest lands, Seven Canyons is a one-of-a-kind oasis retreat where golf, social activities, and a luxury residential community are elevated to provide its members with a relaxed atmosphere of distinction.

Realtor Monty Cooper is representing the estate, which is listed for $5,500,000. It covers 4,663 square feet on 1.19 acres and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

“The home sits on one of only 20 homesites in the Solitude subdivision, surrounded by hundreds of thousands of acres of the Secret Mountain Wilderness in Sedona. It features a Southwest Contemporary design by Terry Kilbane and was hand-crafted by Detar Construction, with a careful focus on luxury finishes and modern amenities,” said Cooper.

However, the natural surroundings provide the truly unique experience that this home offers. With tall windows in every room, the incredible scenery is simply inescapable. From the time you wake up to the meals you prepare in the kitchen, from relaxing by the fireplace to the back patio, this home centers on the natural surroundings as the primary focus, leading to a wonderfully serene, relaxing experience. For golf lovers, it even comes with its own private golf cart to enjoy the acclaimed Tom Weiskopf-designed Seven Canyons course.

The story of Seven Canyons began in 2000 when PGA golf legend Tom Weiskopf saw the site and was immediately stricken by its natural beauty. Over the next few days, Weiskopf toured the land on horseback with a notepad, and within two weeks, the master plan for the Seven Canyons golf course was realized. He said, “The sheer beauty of Seven Canyons Golf Club is arresting. I consider it irreplaceable real estate.”

Among the most impactful parts of the Seven Canyons experience is, of course, golf; fully contained within the stunning Coconino National Forest, it offers 360 degrees of natural beauty and grandeur, leading to a truly spectacular afternoon that will be etched in your golf memoirs forever.

As part of the strategic partnership between Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty and The Club at Seven Canyons, all the real estate offerings, golf club amenities, and membership opportunities will be marketed locally, nationally, and internationally through the global reach of the Sotheby’s International Realty network. Social media and public relations campaigns and live development presentations across Arizona will be coordinated and delivered in a multi-faceted marketing and branding campaign.

Seven Canyons has engaged Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty as its preferred real estate partner. While property owners within Seven Canyons will be free to employ the real estate brokerage company of their choosing should they decide to list their property, Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty will cooperate and assist in promoting all real estate offerings within the gates.

This home and this strategic partnership demonstrate Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty’s focus on connecting buyers and sellers for the most special homes in all of Arizona, further cementing its status as Arizona’s leading luxury real estate brokerage.

Cheryl Anderson Closes Highest Sale of 2024 (YTD) in The Town of Paradise Valley with Stunning  $14 Million Estate

The Iconic Paradise Valley Estate Redefines Opulence and Elegance

In the heart of Paradise Valley, where privacy, picturesque mountain views, and tranquility from the beautiful desert prevail, a rare gem has found new guardians.

Arizona’s Luxury Leader Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to announce the impressive sale of a stunning estate nestled on 3.5 acres. This magnificent property at 7835 Ironwood Drive has been acquired by discerning buyers seeking the ultimate epitome of luxury living.

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty’s Luxury Real Estate Agent, Cheryl Anderson, represented the undisclosed buyers in selling the highest-priced home of the year so far in Paradise Valley for $14 million. A sale of this magnitude is something to celebrate.

“This was truly the perfect home for clients who appreciate privacy, the finest quality craftsmanship, picturesque mountain views, and the tranquil desert lifestyle one finds in Paradise Valley,” said Selling Agent Cheryl Anderson of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.  “3.5-acre properties are gradually disappearing, becoming subdivided for new construction as our rapid population growth continues.  An estate property like this is now a very special rarity, which my clients instantly recognized.  It met all of their needs and desires without hesitation.”

Located at 7835 N Ironwood Dr, this Spanish revival home offers 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, 10,676 square feet, and its own guest house. The driven team of Salcito Custom Homes, Michael Ferguson Interiors, Berghoff Design Group, and PHX Architecture has meticulously transformed every detail of this home, including new Albertini steel windows and doors, a huge kitchen island, new antique stone, and views of Mummy Mountain.

The property also includes a large gym with a full bath, doubling as a showroom that can fit up to 5+ cars.

The site was made incredibly secure with additional masonry, new driveway entry gates, and electronics, all of which are integrated into the new electronic system of the main house. New lush gardens, strolling paths, turf areas, flower beds, and hedges complement the new hardscape theme and grace the property, allowing it to flow peacefully from the interior to the exterior.

The estate also has a personal sauna room and a luxurious built-in BBQ.

Additionally, a brand-new swimming pool/spa and water feature were added and arranged in axial alignment with the homes’ front entry.

The expansive property is one of the few remaining lots not to be subdivided on the desirable east side of Ironwood, which also affords sweeping mountain views in every direction.

This classically sophisticated estate has been thoughtfully crafted, is enveloped in privacy and lush grounds, and offers the ultimate luxury lifestyle in Paradise Valley.

A Whole Lot Of Western Charm With a 78-Acre Dude Ranch for $5.9 Million

77.25 acres of fenced-in land hold seven residential homes, a barn with horse stalls, a helicopter pad, a gazebo, a fishing pond, tree house, a group ramada, and a three-bay maintenance garage in a massive Payson property

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, known for representing some of Arizona’s finest and most extortionary properties, continues that long-standing tradition with a truly remarkable, once-in-a-lifetime property, La Cienega.  The 78-acre expansive dude ranch is at the base of the majestic Mogollon Rim, the 200-mile-long escarpment in the world’s largest Ponderosa Pine forest.

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to announce that 1804 Pyle Ranch Road, La Cienega, in Payson, Arizona, is available for sale at $5.900,000 by Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty Agents Frank Aazami and Nancy Read. Our very own Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty, Rusty Lyon, previously owned this property.  The Lyon family donated the property to ASU and then was purchased by the Earnhardt family, who are also big donors to ASU.  The property is currently owned by the Earnhardt family.

With various outdoor experiences spread across the property, from trout streams to hiking trails, this property meshes frontier adventure with opulent living to create a luxury estate with rustic charm. The expansive La Cienega Ranch contains seven residential homes that contain 18 bedrooms and 15 baths in 14,989 square feet of living space. These homes are the Main House, Gingerbread House, Mother-In-Law House, Manager’s House, Bunk House, and Hill House.

The Main House is a two-story rustic log cabin meant for entertaining guests and friends. Downstairs the house opens into a large family room and living room with a massive fireplace. The primary bedroom has a large bathroom, half bath, recreation room, formal dining area, and large kitchen branch off from the central guest greeting area. Upstairs a secondary bedroom, bathroom and loft expand to a grand deck and balcony perfect for looking out upon the house’s courtyard. Attached to the house is a two-car garage with a mechanical workspace. This garage represents only 2 of the 9 spaces spread across the property.

Gingerbread House gets its name from the intricate design and decorations found throughout the house. Its proud two-story wooden frame sits majestically upon stone construction. Inside, the southwestern architecture breathes life into two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a family room with a fireplace. Outside a screen porch and covered entry let visitors enjoy the outdoors while stepping away from the tranquil interior.

The Mother-In-Law House is a two-story home with wood frame construction holding three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The interior contains new flooring and updated appliances including a built-in microwave and ceiling fans built into vaulted ceilings. Plant shelves, plantation shutters, mirrored closet doors and a soft water system fill out the home. The house also has a two-car garage with a utility room. Outside, a deck with a screen door lets visitors listen to a babbling stream that runs year-round directly behind the home.

The Manager’s House was built in 1970 with a square footage of 2,736. This home has two beds and two baths, a living room with a fireplace, a family room and formal dining area. Additionally, the property contains a loft, office area, two-car garage with a workshop area and a large covered porch.

To complete this Western dream, three more homes dot the estates. The Bunk House, built in 1986 with a wood frame, is 904 square feet. This single-story home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a large covered porch. Hill House, built in 1991, is 1,045 square feet and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a covered porch. Finally, the Trailer House is a single-wide manufactured home with 521 square feet.

Find your new, rugged adventure in the modern Wild West at La Cienega Ranch, with the nearby hiking trails, lakes, mountains, trout streams, and campsites. The property has been renamed No Torro Ranch.  The name comes from Earnhardt’s famous “No Bull” motto at https://www.nobull.com/

The property is also surrounded by Gila National Forest land, offering wonderful hunting opportunities. Hone in on the Arizonan experience courtesy of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.
