Greg Wedge IV is a driven young real estate professional who has been immersed in the industry since childhood, growing up in a family where building and craftsmanship were simply a way of life. With a father (Greg Wedge III) who is a luxury architect, a grandfather (Greg Wedge Jr.) who is a skilled carpenter, and an uncle who is a welder, Greg developed an early appreciation for what it takes to create exceptional homes from the ground up. Long before real estate became his career path, he was learning the value of hard work on job sites—picking up a hammer or shovel and absorbing the fundamentals that continue to shape his work ethic today.
Greg’s long-term goal is to step into real estate development and partner with his family to build custom homes that reflect both quality craftsmanship and thoughtful design. Now with Russ Lyon, he is focused on learning from the best in the business and building a strong foundation for a lasting career. Greg brings a disciplined, achievement-oriented mindset to everything he does, graduating as his high school valedictorian and earning a degree in Business Management from Grand Canyon University at just 20 years old.
Outside of real estate, Greg values faith, service, and community. He and his wife, Angelina—whom he married in October—enjoy volunteering together at their church and staying grounded in the relationships that matter most. With a clear vision for his future, a deep respect for the building industry, and an eagerness to grow, Greg Wedge IV is excited to contribute to Russ Lyon while pursuing his passion for development and custom homebuilding.
