Originally from California and an Arizona resident since 2003, Jaye Alvarez brings a rare combination of academic excellence, professional discipline, and competitive drive to every real estate transaction. A graduate of Arizona State University’s prestigious W.P. Carey School of Business and Barrett, The Honors College, Jaye earned a double Bachelor of Science in Management Entrepreneurship and Marketing, along with a certificate in International Business. This high-level training allows her to approach real estate with a sophisticated understanding of market analytics, brand positioning, and entrepreneurial strategy—ensuring every property is positioned intentionally and every decision is backed by data.
