Monteith brings 13 years of professional experience in her position as branch manager of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty’s Flagstaff office. She is committed to creating an uplifting, morale-boosting atmosphere in which sales associates are compelled to produce their best work. Monteith strives to ensure their happiness and satisfaction, whether recruiting and training new agents or managing the office’s day-to-day operations.
