Her experience extends beyond traditional real estate—after spending several years in Palm Springs, California, she successfully flipped two historic properties, further deepening her understanding of design, renovation, and investment value.
Now calling Scottsdale home, Monica embraces the desert lifestyle with enthusiasm and appreciation.
