The villas at baker park

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty has listed The Villas at Baker Park, a new gated luxury community located in Arcadia with just 44 semi-custom homes.

Nestled on 10 acres once home to Phoenix Landmark Baker’s Nursery, The Villas at Baker Park are conveniently located just off 40th Street and Osborn Road near some of the Valley’s best restaurants and shopping.

Once inside the gated enclave, the community of Baker Park is designed around a park-like setting offering high-end resort-style amenities including a grand lawn, lap pool, Ramada, bocce ball court, dog park and a uniquely preserved 75-year-old silk floss tree that still stands as the community’s landmark.

The Empire Group, which is developing the project, recently named luxury agents Grant Almquist, Joe Bushong and Chad Christian of Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty the agents of record to market the property.

Of the 44 planned homes, there are 10 lots remaining, 7 specs under construction and 3 homes available for immediate move-in.

“Our goal for The Villas at Baker Park is to bring people back into Arcadia from the suburbs,” said Richard Zacher, principal of The Empire Group. “This parcel was one of the few remaining big pieces of undeveloped land in Arcadia. We created a walkable urban living experience, just minutes from restaurants, coffee shops and retail offerings. We’ve spared no expense to ensure a vibrant, active sense of community for every resident.”

The Villas at Baker Park offer nine semi-custom floor plans, both in one- or two-story options, ranging from 2,172 square-feet to just under 5,000 square-feet. The Empire Group embraced the California coastal architectural style in designing the homes.  Each home features soaring ceilings, an open-concept plan, as well as extensive flex space. Inside each home, there are high-end finishes, quartz countertops as well as Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances.

“Every home at The Villas at Baker Park embodies Arcadia living at its finest and the homes accommodate an active lifestyle,” said Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty agent Grant Almquist. We are proud to present what is really a unique and special community right here in Arcadia.”
